Gaming The PSP 300 and the PSP 450X

I see that there are two cameras for the PSP the PSP 300 and the PSP 450X, are they any good, does anybody use them, is it worth buying one and which one

if you get a camera, get the 300.
it supports somewhat usable resolutions(1280x960) and works on older firmwares.

the newer 450 only goes up to 640x480 for photo's and requires a 6.## firmware
