Is your question are any cheats held within cheat.dat = answer is yes (they show on my M3Real & R4). delete/backup the old one and replace with the new one!
You probably have an R4/M3, correct? Well, those flashcarts have a limit to cheats and they can't list all the cheats. So from V down or something like that the cheats won't work.
