To convert this to your file:
1. Open up R4CCE08
2. Drag the usrcheat.dat file into it
3. Go to File, Save As.
4. Save it as you file and the name which it usually is:
Cheat Database is CHEAT.dat
R4 Cheat db is usrcheat.dat
CycloEvo is evocheat.dat
Edge Cheat db is EDGEcheats.dat
M3 real is m3real
etc...


Just name it to your usual file.. It should work.. If you have any problems, let me know, I will help you..

Hey curly, about my request for HM IOH inventory codes... apperently when I open the .dat file in R4CCE I see the full list... all included... yet on my r4 I only see half of them... strange... anyhow, ignore my request. Thank you

ralamzull Thats because the R4 has a limited amount of space for cheats. Just move what you want to the top of the list and it should work..

Did I ever go this long without an update? I don't think I did.......at least not until the end of my reign when I got a job and was forced to pass the dat to Narin because I just didn't have the time or energy to do it anymore after working all day.

I'm not complaining.....I know Narin works too, but I'm just sayin'......for me.....3 days without an update was something I considered as letting down the community.

I'll tell ya, I really miss doing the dat, but i just don't have the time to do it anymore......and getting paid for what I do (metal stamping) is a hell of a lot more interesting than doing shit for free. Know what I mean? Can't pay the bills by doing stuff for free.....at least I haven't figured out a way to do that.

I'm not putting down Narin.....he took the dat to greater levels than I ever did, but I've drank quite a few beers at this point and just sorta typing out loud, so no offense to anyone was intended.

You guys can comment or ignore on what I just said without any consequences. Inhibitions are a bitch when you've drank as much as I have.

Help....WHy is the Latest Cheat Database For(r4) is not working on TWEWY! I just started playing TWEWY

and wondered If I put cheats...and lol my Firmware and Cheat databse isn't updated since last year XD ...
what I did:
I downloaded the database and put it on _system_ folder on my R4 and
Kirby Canvas, Animal Crossing, Contra . and other games works perfect except TWEWY! no "CHEAT" appears on the bottom of the screen

Wynd, Do you read before you post, obviously not.. You have to use the UE file.. Or otherwise it wont show up..

There is a problem with some flashcards such as the R4DS and all of its clones (M3 Simply, N5DS, ect) which limits the number of cheats that are displayed for games. This means that cheats for games that appear at the end of the cheat file are not displayed, this includes games for The World Ends With You, Yu-Gi-Oh, Trauma Center and others.

You have four options, the first is to get a new flashcard, the second is to delete the games from the cheat file you don't plan to use, the third option is to move the games to the top of the list and the fourth option is to use the CHEAT(UE).DAT file which has all the Japanese cheats removed.

I have updated the first post of the The NEW massive CHEAT compilation thread with a link to a R4CCE tutorial by Curley to edit the cheat files.

Before posting about games not having cheats in the forums, please check the GameList.txt file to see if the game really does have cheats.

I swear, it's almost as if he was a ringer put in place to take it over to take it to the heights it has now reached. I feel puny and insignificant compared to what he has done with it. I NEVER got the recognition he almost immediately received.

I imagine that is because my quite candid support of piracy.....

A lot of noobs have come since then Rayder.. I know what you mean though.. I think it was because he put a lot of cheats in almost everyday, along with the games added and other fancy things.. But I have to say, Ive helped him out of quite a lot of sticky situations, If I dont say so myself..

e.g. The EU cheat.dat when the cheats didnt show up, Taking over from him on several occasions.. He rarely acknowledges me for it, but I dont complain.. As long as I get thanks from my fellow cheaters..

And Rayder, you were and still are my idol.. Ever since I came here I have wanted to be like you.. Seriously, Im not lying about this..
