To R4 users and its clones, use either CHEAT.dat or USRCHEAT.dat and not both, using both will cause some codes and games not to show up.

<b>Note:</b>
Good news for all of you who uses the CycloDS. I went through every game and removed the backlight codes for you. On the CycloDS, the backlight codes conflicted with the backlight control built into the CycloDS and caused it to either freeze or not work. Now with them gone, the CycloDS cheat file is now roughly 200-300kbs smaller. Also cleaned up some codes for other games as well for the other flashcards.

Exciting news folks! I added in some codes for Guitar hero that allows you to play the game without the grip without the need of a patch! Thats right, just take a clean dump of the game and enable the grip codes and you can play the game using the ABXY buttons.

Ok, minor revision, I added in Guitar Hero: On Tour (U) [Patched] for all of you who is playing the patched version of the game. Since its a minor update and well, shortly after the official update, I jus overwrote the files and updated my original post with the new information.

when i use my ds, my r4 doesnt seem to pick up the cheat option for guitar hero on tour.
i dont think im using the patched version but it still isnt working

Ok folks, another update! If you downloaded the files already, you might want to redownload them if your playing Guitar Hero. I added in codes that allow you to play the game without the grip and without patching the game.

I think it's because of the rom. There are two dumps. PSY and ESPAL.
The first one doesn't work with r4ds for some reason...
Can you Narin check that?

Could i possibly know what difference the cheat for the hacked guitar hero does? Also, is it possible for tha author of the cheat codes to finnings mapping the controls for the Directional buttons and game pad because pressing X,Y Right and down does nothing for the cheat of GHT (clean rom).

@Istobias: I think there are?? You might have to change the Game ID for it to work!! Im not sure but Im sure there are Soma Bringer translated patch codes in there..
