thanks soldialga for the info and i double confirm that it just shows 999 999 money on the screen but when u enter the store, it shows ur real money.

Hey Everyone

I'd just like to say a big thanks to all those that keep this project running :-)

And possibly give a bit of help to those wanting extra money on Touch Mechanic:
With a bit of hit & miss experimentation I've managed to create a save that gives you $8999100, the Electric Screwdriver and Impact Wrench and sets you at Episode 6 - Changing A Muffler.

If anyone would like a copy of it just pm me and I'll sort it out. Or if it's OK I'll stick a link for it here...

Or even better, be happy that you can play a game that you didn't buy and play it with skill, not other people's code hacking skill.

As for the guy who wanted cheat(UE).dat, it has been PERMINENTLY REMOVED from the database because its too big, and now all the codes don't display.
Try install YSmenu. that reads the code file properly

hay, there's a small problem with the Touch Mechanic money code, the money shows up on the main menu but when you go to the shop, it goes back the amount you have without the cheat.

I wish I could but i wasn't smart enough to work that out

This is how I did it:
Loaded the game up in the iDeaS emulator (first one to hand that recognised the save from the M3 Real)
Loaded up save from the M3 that was just after Episode 5
Played it until I completed Episode 6 and was able to buy the new rims
Went to the shop
Loaded a program called GameWiz32 (an old memory hacker)
Selected iDeaS as the program to monitor
Entered the amount of money shown on the shop screen as the amount to track
Bought a set of rims and adjusted the monitored value to match in GameWiz
Rinse and repeat until it found one fixed address relating to the emulator
Changed the value in GameWiz to give me $9000000
Tested by buying and selling a few rims and then bought the tools
Got the game to save by exiting the shop
Somewhere along the line it went back to just after Episode 5 but kept the money right

I've managed to recreate the process in no$gba and DeSmuME but only found iDeaS was able to output the save properly again

One thing I did notice though was to make sure I'd loaded a different game on the M3 Real before transferring the save over otherwise it just gets overwritten again when you turn it on. First time I've played with the save files so this is probably the case for most flash carts that the save files are written back to the memory card at power up (used to be the way with the M3 Perfect slot2 card, unless the battery ran out...)

Anyway if you'd like to take a look at the save it may help track down the right address(es) for the money as there seems to be 2 separate areas that need looking at (one for in the shop and one for the main screen)
Although by altering the amount shown in the shop the main screen amount changed as well.

If anyone would like some custom saves made up with a similar result to the above just let me know and I'll give it a try

our database support clean rom! those game that is not patched

if any of the game you play which is patched! most likely you won't see any cheats
