For those having problem with cheats on CycloDS Evolution, I just discovered that it's the firmware that's preventing me from being able to use user.evocheats file. I downgraded from 1.5B4 to 1.41 and the cheats now work like a charm

EDIT: Correction. I reupgraded to 1.5b4 after getting the cheats to work on 1.41. Now, it also works on 1.5B4. I'm confused =P But at least I got it working now
