it doesnt work for me. ma ds the L button is like messed up and it wont work. can anyone help me. i went to google to search and those one then i ported in (AR) didnt work.

Maybe your L button is broken, try blowing onto it before you use it.

3D Sprite Mod Codes: Press and Hold SELECT as the game loads
They also might need to be used with the Fusion codes as well.

It's acting weird now. I don't need Fusion codes for them to work. Here's what happens:

Bass Cross: Works fine.
Sol Cross: Deletes the SAV, but still works.
Protoman: Deletes the SAV and only shows up with no navi. If I load a savefile created from it though, he'll show up.
Colonel: Read Sol Cross
No Navi: Read Bass Cross

i only get the cheats for pokemon, kirby and tamagotchi... and i got those from the official r4 site.
i'm kinda confused because everyone else seems to be able to access the cheats..

i thought the problem was because i has the chinese r4 so i went and bought an english one..
but nothing happened
and i wasted money... which sucks

You need to put the cheats.dat or usrcheats.dat (Not both) in your _SYSTEM_ folder.

Hi,

I have an R4, and the CHEAT(UE).dat file doesn't work for me. I'm assuming that the (UE) part needs to be removed, so I do that and place it into _system_, but when I turn on my R4, the buttons that you press to access the codes aren't there. I tried using Yasu's patched firmware, but it still won't work. Your USRCHEAT.dat works for me with no problems, except that I want to use cheats for some of the games near the bottom of the list. I have no problem with moving the games I want to use up the list in the USRCHEAT.dat, but I was wondering what I could do to fix the problem.

Strange thing is that I've not had this problem, all the codes show up fine on my R4
