I had to look into that. The plaintiffs aren't suing over the design of brainrots, they are suing because the defendant's game is more or less a 1:1 copy of their game. Bringing up individual brainrot designs is just the defendant trying to derail the proceedings with bullshit claims.
Roblox owns the rights to their character designs (the blocky guys) and templates, and they get to keep all your art assets forever, but they don't own the rights to game design and unique concepts and mechanics.....
Doesn't Roblox own all of the rights to that stuff anyway?
