Item codes will most likely not be added since due to the sheer number of entries that would need to be added.

Well umm...Maybe they could make a seperate usrcheat just for Pokemon EOD/EOT? That would have lot of space...
Heres some codes for Pokemon Explorers Of Time that were not added. Since I tried the "max attack" etc. codes they only turn it to 100, which isn't the max. 255 is the max.

Added a new game:
Meccha! Taiko no Tatsujin DS - 7-tsu no Shima (J)
The World Ends With You (U)

Added new codes for:
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
Rondo of Swords
Pokemon Mystery Dungoen Time and Darkness

Removed several duplicate codes and cleaned up the codes in some games including Pokemon Mystery Dungoen Time and Darkness

Just edit the cheats from 64 on the end to FF for 255.

Thankyou anyway.
For anyone hoping to modify one line action replay codes its something like this.
Go into calculator. go into scientific veiw. Type in the value you want. Now change it into hex view.
Open a blank window in a text editor copy and paste the original code then replace the second bit with the value you just got.
If the value you just got is less than 8 digits then add zeros on the front. That is a basic code modification thing.
For a better one look up GBATECH on google.
(e.g. XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX to XXXXXXXX 00YYYYYY)

Just officiating the dat Narin posted......thanks for helping out Narin!

I corrected a few minor errors with Narin's download....the main R4 CHEAT.DAT wasn't encrypted. Other minor issues were the games were not "enabled" by default.....also.....the ACWW master codes were reset to zero's again. Basically, except for the ACWW master codes, they were just switches that needed to be flipped.

Those damn master codes though.....I don't know why they tend to reset to zero's......

Anyway, I fixed all that in the download in my sig.

Just a little note so you think codes are missing, I renamed the games begnning with The so The is at the end of the name like "World Ends With You, The (U)" and such.
