People aren't just going to start developing a hacking tool for a completely unknown game just because you asked. Or at least without any proof you can help. Do you know how to program?

Here, I decided to take a look and to be honest, can't be bothered making a save-editor but here's a 'modded' save file.
If you want to use it, please backup your current save file, otherwise all your progress will be gone!

This hacked one is at the start of the game but you have 7 'characters' at level 119 and the main one is at level 104.
The items you'll have are: 1 potion and 99: life fruit, ap fruit, power fruit, stamina fruit and speed fruit.

just be careful whenever the 'resident list' comes up, because whenever you touch a resident on the right side of the screen, it crashes the game! (could probably fix it but this is just a POC)
If you give me your current save file, I could mess around with it and could probably raise your level and/or give you more items.

Download savefile

Okay thanks. And yes, all of you people, i am a noob at developing and shit. But i am learning how and stuff :/. Anyways thanks for that save file, but i was actually looking forward to knowing HOW to edit that file (My own).

But i downt have a windows CP, i have a gay ass Chromebook. >:(
I believe chromeOS is either linux kernel based or a unix derivative, meaning it should be even more conducive to programming than windows would be.

i cant. I have an arm-powered chromebook. All i have is Ubuntu on it.
Even better for you, as it's a more user friendly linux distro.

The denpa men series is pretty well regarded from my understanding.

If you want to develop a hacktool, you'll need to learn how to code and you'll need to use a hex editor.
If you want to hack a save file manually (what I did), you'll only need a hex editor :)
This game has no encryption or checksums so it accepts pretty much all changes (unless you delete/add bytes or fill large sections with corrupt data, then it probably won't load the save)
If you want to mess around with your savefile, use a hex editor (I personally recommend hxd, I think frhed is free too but it has a few quirks), and have a look at around 0x139E0 (ctrl+G in hxd and frhed, not sure about others), you should see some playernames around there (that's where mine were), I'm not entirely sure how but editing the data around there also gave me high level characters and lots of items (wrote data where extra characters are stored and it interpreted that as high-level characters).
I could probably help you further if you need more help :)

The levels would be stored in the romfs, not your save file. You can extract it using the homebrew Braindump.

OK, I know how, where are the levels in it?
Once you have romfs.bin, extract it using ROMFS Extractor. Once you're done editing use ROMFS Builder to repack it for use with HANS/LayeredFS. Just note, the levels WILL NOT be in a readable format and you will have to decode them into something you can use. Good luck!

Editing levels is whole different type of game-hack, unless you can make levels in-game, they won't be stored in your save file.
I personally haven't done any rom-hacking so I can't really help you with that, sorry.
Good luck with whatever you're doing anyway :)

Thank you guys for all your help! I was able to manually go into my own SaveFile and edit it. You start out with the whole game beat, and you have yor main hero (character) who is completely maxed! YAY!
