If you purchased the games from the eShop, even if the format process removes the ticket sfrom your console (which I don;t thinkit does) you can just re-download the program and the eShop will give you the ticket. (assuming you bought the software).

If you're using a disc ticket (Brazilian Method) or fakesigned ticket (requires CFW to run) then you can just re-install the content later.

Removing a standard Haxchi program is completely safe, in fact, that's how you're supposed to get rid of it.
No it's legit eshop purchase
Okay got it, thanks a lot

One more question, how about the USB storage? Is it still readable?

If you format your console, it generates a new seed for encrypting USB drives. If you want to use your USB drive after formatting your console, you need to re-format it, which does indeed mean losing everything on it.

I have a question about my current Wii U setup. I currently have Mocha + redNAND as well as Haxchi installed. I am wanting to reformat the SD Card to get rid of the redNAND and have just Mocha and Haxchi. If I reformat the SD Card and then just copy back over the necessary files for Homebrew, Mocha, and Haxchi will that mess up or brick my system?

Since you don't have CBHC, you don't have to worry about a brick. Being that you're getting rid of redNAND, you probably don't have a need for Mocha either. Haxchi can take care of signature/region patches with its sysmenu option.

If I'm only using Homebrew and Haxchi can I still use the DLC/Updates from Wii U USB Helper? That's the only reason I planned to Put back the files to run Mocha.

Houston I have a problem. I did the reformat put all the files back into the SD Card needed for Homebrew, Haxchi, etc but now when loading Homebrew I get a black screen saying SD mount failed.
How did you clean the partitions off the SD? Try putting the SD back into the computer, go to disk management and make sure you delete all partitions, then create one single partition and format that as FAT32.

I used Ease Partition Master to clean up all partitions then created a new Fat32 partition and copied back over the required files.

Confirm that you can save a Mii snapshot to your SD, and check that it shows up when you look at the SD on your PC. If that works, open a command prompt, run tree x: /f on your SD drive letter, and copy/paste the output here (in a spoiler tag)

I got the SD Card mounted now. But now I reinstalled Haxchi but when I load it it still loads up Mocha but now won't let me play any of my previous games from USB Helper. Starting to wish I'd left it alone but I wanted to have the extra storage space back since I was told I didn't really need redNAND just to play copies.

I got homebrew launcher (version 2.1) on the main screen working but Homebrew_Launcher or WUPInstallers - Mod Y won't appear when i launch it just cbhc and haxchi. Does anyone no how to fix this. Thanks

Definitely a problem with where you put the program on the SD card.
I would double check that the folders for these programs are in the right place (sd:/wiiu/apps) and that the folders contain the right files (icon.png, meta.xml, some elf/rpx file and optionally more files/folders depending on the program)

Change your sd:/haxchi/config.txt so default=sysmenu, and rerun the Haxchi installer.

It's not that you can't use what you downloaded, you just have to reinstall it. That's necessary because you got rid of redNAND (where the titles' tickets were installed to), not because you're getting rid of Mocha.

I'll try this right now. I just got home from work. I really really appreciate you helping me so much and being so patient with me.
