copy /b image.png + song.mp3 result.png

I think that's the exact command
Not at my PC right now, but that should be it

Yup, that pretty much IS a type of steganography, the type where two or more files are merged into one and the file loads as whatever extension you append to it if it's the same as that of either of the components, similar to what I said in my post.
