Why are you trying to emulate the SNES version of Chrono Trigger when there is a DS version available?
Still, Supercard DSTwo with the modified BAGSFC is currently the best available.

The only ones that can successfully emulate Chrono Trigger are the official DSTWO SNES plugin and the improved BAGSFC plugin also exclusively for the DSTWO.
