You could probably go to settings--->general---->reset

Then try resetting settings. Don't pick the second one which erases your iPod completely.

The option should be in App Store. I always get it when I buy something.

I have googled for quite a while and have found no solution... there's no "none" option even on my laptop's itunes... It used to be there before adding the card. I checked out my purchase history and it says that I owe $7.79 [IMG] So I can't do anything at all pretty much...

You should contact Apple's Support Team as it appears that your credit information is either locked or something.

    You do it via iTunes.

iTunes Store -> Click your Apple ID -> Then account info. ->Payment info -> Credit card info -> None

    Something like that.

AFAIK the "none" option is only there when first creating your account. I had trouble trying to find it as well.

The problem is you owe money ($7.79) to Apple. They won't let you do anything in the App Store until you pay that off.

The best you can do is get a pre-paid iTunes Gift Card and put that into your account. The correct amount will be automatically deducted.
