It is good for the people who living in a country have nintendo services that you could argue with them.

For me and my friends living in China，I sent email to nintendo japan in japanese （my friends Japanese console got banned，what I could do？）trying tell them someone is banned by using the legit cart and I could give them the prove like the photo and receipt

They never response to me although I got the automatic confirm letter.

Maybe just because I mentioned I am a Chinese？

Really mad about this.

It depends on the day people were banned. Very few people actually know what day they were banned.

Takes 5 minutes to unban. If you already have one unbanned just dump the LFCS and inject to your banned system.

That's your choice of course. I can tell you that I've done it without issues since I was banned 2 weeks ago and still working great.
