Also, it seems like all the people on the leaderboard have their XP set to the same number as their member ID. That doesn't seem to be the case with us, though.

The "currency" is probably XP.

yea thats weird, I have about the same post count of @smileyhead
but he has lot more likes
I have 4 xp, he has 0
