Yup, same thing here even though nintendo wifi website says everything is fine on their side.

I have just tried it here and I get the same, I also tried my other WFC games (Mario Kart and Tony Hawks) they work fine.
Nintendo's answer to 98020 isn't helpful all it suggests is try again.
