Hacking Tetris Party Installation Error PAL

Hi guys. Having trouble installing Tetris Party PAL on 4.0E using Wad Manager 1.3.

Anyone know where I can get a DOL version of W.M 1.1? I heard it installs with that.

strange though as i had some problem installing my own custom battletoads NES vc channel. which worked on 3.2 but doesn't work on 4.0, all other games/custom games do work on 4.0...
