Something happened to me like that. I got punched in the groin, and I am such a big guy that it didn't phase me much (he missed completely

). But from being such a big guy, I am awfully slow. The next day though I found the little pecker head and I turned him around, grabbed him by the lapels and threatened him. I said, "If I found out you did this again, to me or some other poor soul, I will find you and either beat you to a pulp or do something more drastic." I think his pants were about a pound heavier.

EDIT: No I am not a bully. It's quite the opposite, I get bullied.

Why can´t we jail this "bully"? At least he ´d get SO SCARED, and serve as law to everyone who´d try to bother a weaker kid again...

While we're at it, lets punish the mom and dad too, for raising such a bastard.

So very, very true, I don't think parents get punished as much as they should be when it comes to teenage violence.

About the attack itself, well you could see it as survival of the fittest, if you stupid enough for letting someone punch you in the nuts without beating the hell outta them afterwards, maybe you shouldn't procreate and you didn't lose the testicle in vain.

That just isn't fair. You have no idea about the specific circumstances in this bullying. The kid could be a ton smaller than the other and if he fought back, could have caused even worse problems for him. Bullies usually travel in packs too. There is nothing about survival of the fittest in punching someone else in the balls. That's malice, unlike nature. Nature kills off things to have an equilibrium. People hurt each other for pure pleasure.

So if i came over to your house and cut your testicles off for no reason other than to entertain myself, you'd say that's an act of nature? It isn't, unless i did it to get something out of it. Animals kill each other for food or territory. It's to do with property or to live. This kid wasn't punching people's balls to create an equilibrium with nature or to get something in return. He punched the kid in the nuts because he takes a sadistic pleasure in seeing the pain and suffering of another human being. An act of malice, also called pure evil. There's no natural selection or survival of the fittest here, it was done on a whim as a form of entertainment. Cowardly too, a sissy offense as we say. I'm fairly sure he's not sorry either, he's not going to learn anything out of this. He probably is laughing to himself how he severely injured the kid. I know how bullies worked. I was lucky and got out of much of the bullying due to my large size (there's a bit of help from nature). But i've witnessed too much of it in my time, it's nothing to do with nature. It's a form of pure entertainment to them. They kind of see other people as not human, video game characters that are below them and they have the right to control and do what they want to them.
