Is Central America considered part of North America as far as the official rules go?

(Even if not, My bank still thinks I live at my parent's place in the U.S. so I still kinda have a U.S. "permanent address")

Basically, if your tv uses NTSC, then you fit into the region of this raffle. I can not promote people outside of NA to enter the raffle.

Mainly because I was needing GBAtemp's support for this to really get the attention that it needs. I chewed out costello the other night and I highly doubt that he'd be willing to support the raffle now. I'm kind of surprised that I'm not banned from the forum, but he did ban me from IRC.
