Hacking SysUpdater on downgraded O3DS?

Hi,

I'd like to know if it's safe to update to 9.2 with SysUpdater (I want to use ThemeHax to launch RxTools automatically) even if I have a downgraded 3DS

As long as you do it from rxTools Pasta Mode it should be safe (no reported bricks from doing this that I know of, all the bricks are from people not following the instructions)
Still, always make sure you have a NAND backup before you mess with the sysNAND.

It is safe, just make sure you are in Dev Mode and not rxMode.
