Hacking System transfer without calling Nintendo?

I have right here a broken motherboard with all my purchases,a FAT16 xorpad of the broken unit and a NAND backup. I want to transfer my purchases to the new unit,but i prefer do not call Nintendo if it isnt necessary. How must i proceed?

put new motherboard in, log into eshop, redownload. You'll need your NNID either way.

I bought that motherboard to a private seller. It doesnt have any data of my old motherboard.

serial is for the hardware, your NNID is does not require the serial #.

But it is vinculated to the broken motherboard. It isnt possible to vinculate a NNID on two consoles...
