Has anyone transfered their 9.2 hackable 3ds to their new3ds if so how can I do it without accidently updating my hackable 3ds. Thanks in advanced

It's not possible without losing support for Gateway on the N3DS - new 3ds will only support up to 9.4 emunand, and to system transfer you need to be on the latest firmware (9.5)
It's just like a normal emuNAND -> SysNAND.
You should confirm your Source is in emuNAND - Only click the System Transfer button when you have confirmed you're in GW3D 9.5.0-22.
