Hardware System Transfer question

Is there anything not transferred? I want to get an XL, and do a transfer, but what's not transferred? Are my:
New Leaf data

Pokémon data

eShop purchases

eShop cash

Nintendo Network ID

Save data

Will they be OK? Help! Thanks!

If you're using a retail 3DS card, your games are saved on the card itself. No need for a transfer then. Just put the game into your new 3DS.
With download titles, you simply put your old SD card into your new 3DS after you finished the transfer. All data on your SD will be recognized from your new 3DS (and only your new 3DS) after the transfer.
eShop purchases and cash as well as your NNID simply transfer over.

As said already, all data on your original 3ds will transfer over and it will be like your old 3DS on new hardware
