Ok I did everything this guide said to do but i still managed to screw it up. I have a New 3DS Pokemon Edition that is on CFW Luma 9.0 also on 11.7 ok then I have a New 2DS XL Zelda Edition on normal OFW on 11.7 I bought the game Robot Rescue 2.....4B525245 is the code. I could not buy Sudoku cause my 3ds kept saying redownload for free and I never ever bought that game. So I did the whole save inject and saw the white screen with the boot and then system transfer. That's when something went wrong and my DSi game Robot Rescue 2 didn't go on my New 2DS XL Zelda Edition only the folders which was empty and the coins and normal stuff. So my question is how do I get the DSI hack game now? I still have the hacks on my New 3DS Pokemon Edition. So do I wipe my micro SD on my N2DS XL? Or wait or do another system transfer? Please help I'm so so so so lost andr tired and mad.

Does the N2DSXL have the right to redownload the game from the eShop? If the system transfer worked correctly, the NNID (and the rights to redownload purchased games) should have transferred over

Do the following
  1. Restore the pre-transfer NAND backup on the source
  2. Verify the hacked save is still installed, if not, install it again
  3. Go to System Settings -> Data Management -> DSiWare
  4. Move the game from system memory to SD
  5. Take this SD card and put it in the other console
  6. Go to System Settings -> Data Management -> DSiWare
  7. Move the game from SD to system memory
  8. Continue with the guide

So I did all that and it worked ty so so so much my next question is can I format my SD card cause I copied my WHOLE Micro SD card from my Source 3DS to Target 3DS and I kinda want a fresh memory card

If you've finished the guide, including the finalizing-setup page, then yes. You will want to keep boot.3dsx and the 3ds folder at least, so the homebrew launcher works.
