I downgraded my o3DS from 10.3 to 9.2 Successfully

Everything works except for the System Settings app...
It gets stuck on a loop.

Is there a way to fix this?

What kind of loop? You're really not being that descriptive, so I'm just going to assume you are describing the themehax looping issue some people are having.

Do you have themehax on autoboot? Might want to change it to manual it if it is, as you are likely seeing it autoboot when you exit system settings.

System settings is a different firmware mode, and as such backing out pushes you to sysnand, triggering themehax which is likely on autoboot and sounds like it's set to autoboot you to emunand.

Your setup sounds sloppy if this is what's going on.

You should just install ctrbootmanager and use that as your boot.3dsx if you are autobooting, so when you back out of system settings you can choose to go back to emunand, or another place.

Okay, im gonna explain full deph. I finished downgrading the 3DS from 10.3 to 9.2
Then I checked everything to see if it was working, I decided to open the System Settings app... and It got stuck in the Start up animation. (It was like this Nonstop: hqdefault.jpg )

I was gonna make backup of my nand, but the System Settings app got me worried...
and I rushed into Recovery Mode to Update it.

Oh I see, that is strange. I've seen most people advise upgrading and then retrying the downgrade when similar incidents happen, but I don't know enough about this issue to agree with this or not.

Is this in emunand or sysnand? If sysnand have you tried with the sd card out?

Best of luck working this out, hopefully someone more knowledgeable about system title breakage can chime in here!

You aren't using the custom packages of cia with some missing and modified titles are you?

I mean you are checking the hashes right?
Double check the files you are using, triple check even, and make sure you check their hashes AFTER transferring to your sd as well.

Don't be stupid and brick your console, use caution.

No, I'm not using custom packages...

For a few minutes I though I bricked my 3DS because it got stuck in Rebooting in 10 seconds....
I with precaution I turned it off.... and it downgraded...but Its still has the same problem... I think it's missing something or the update files are corrupted.

I'm not gonna risk my 3DS anymore.

You wouldn't have to be guessing if your files are the issue if you just check them.
You also didn't respond to:

You were right. It seems I downloaded the wrong one.... Damnit! XS
Well just be sure to triple check them this time.

Right version #?
Right region?
Right console? (n3ds o3ds)
Right Hash of files after moving to sd card?

I'm unsure what checks the current version of the downgrader does on it's own, so you should check these all yourself just to be sure.

I got stuck too by downloading the wrong file. How do I get back to homebrew? My Oot3d does not work anymore.
