Hacking system file missing

Hi I have an acekard 2 and have used it before and was working fine, however ive not used it in a while as I have been using the 2gb memory card I use in it for other perposes.

I have formatted the card using fat (default) , I've tried quick format and normal format.

I have extracted & loaded the latest 1.7.1 onto the card with latest loaders & I am still getting system file missing.

Anyone know what could be up or where I am going wrong here?.

close thread please , fixed it using 3rd party sd formatting software then re loaded all files onto sd card
