Hacking system file in ysm3 6.46

hello i'm having a problem with installing the ysm3 6.46 firmware when i copy the firmware to my micro sd card it tells me i have a system file or do i want to replace it with the one i'm installing.i have a m3i zero with the latest firmware i downloaded from handheldsource.this is all new to me.

You need the system folder from the ysm3 archive only if you want ysm3 to autoboot.
If you already have installed the files from handheldsources.net you can safely skip this folder.
