i remember seeing a guide on how to post a syscheck but for the life of me i cant seem to find it, any help much appreciated thanks

Two things to add about posting SysCheck reports:

#1. Use spoiler tags.
SysCheck reports can be very, very long. When posting then to the forums, they can take a lot of screen real-estate. The proper thing to do, in mind of others, is to encase your report in spoiler tags. This will create a collapsible pocket for the report that can be clicked for the full expanded view. It's a nice clean trick.
