Not that theres any rush, but since an important FS patch was broken and the nim crashfix was also broken, its better a version correcting/adding support for 21.0.0 (for whenever atmosphere is compatible) is circulating ahead of the curve.
but from sound of the 21.0.0 diffing from scires, the nca patch that was missing, might no longer be viable for forwarders, homebrew applications (more or less just tinfoil and some zelda custom games). - (not viable, citing memory reasons/ kernel level application protection reasons)
(the nca patch itself is also needed for xci installs, and bootleg signature broken dlc activator installs, so it's still necessary in that aspect)
and sysmodules that eat memory wont work (sys-patch uses minimal amount and exits memory on completion, so thats fine)
