Homebrew Homebrew app sys-patch - sysmod that patches on boot

hello, does anyone know how to fix an error
2168-0002 (0x4a8)
01000...25
Latest firmware on both ofw and emunand running 20.1.5, latest on atmosphere and hekate, using the latest built of syspatch as well.
I cannot know properly how to reproduce the error but searching thoroughly that title id is for nim, the thing is I never had issues before (20.1.1) until I updated my emunand to the latest, which the crash happens 2 times now in the past week, but I cant quite tell how to reproduce it besides it crashed when wifi is on.
Any help is appreciated!

sorry, I am very new in this, I dont have any other things install, it is just a normal unlocked switch. I never had any issues after only updating ofw and emunand. I also made sure my atmosphere, hekate and syspatch is on latest build, I am running on emunand

no need to be rude, I am using translator too to make sense of everything for me because english is not my native language, I am just trying to figure out the answer you are trying to say because I am unsure which part you are trying to mention

i also have no idea how this works, i need to install syspatch but have no idea how.

thats it? idont need tesla? i was told i need tesla
Tesla es only needed if you like to run the SYS-Patch Overlay, that overlay is a GUI for read the log file and setup the sysmodule vía editing the config file, booth files are text files you can edit them using any text editor, but the overlay is a easy way. the overlay is not needed to the sysmodule to work.

Are sigpatches broken with 20.1.1?
Just updated from 19.x and forgot to update sigpatches which broke the booting process (expected). After I copied the files of a HATS package I found somewhere online it booted and got stuck again until I updated some kip patches for homebrews like mission control but NSPs still won't work on my Emunand.

Side questions: What happened to the github page for sigpatches? Where tf should I look for a legit source? It is not a pleasure to crawl through a spanish website to get a 'complete pack' with hundreds of unneccessary stuff and not being able to tell which files belong to the sigpatches.

I switched to sys-patch and it immediatly solved all problems. What the heck, man. If it is future-proof (to some extend) and does not immediatly brick the system - Why isn't it common knowledge to use this?

No they are not, but for noobies, is better if you remove them and install SYS-Patch that sysmodule requieres less reading and following instructions.

I suspect 20.1.5 is not supported yet, using v1.5.6 but having:

DOWNLOAD ZIP AND EXTRACT TO THE ROOT OF THE SD CARD. REPLACE ANY FILE.
pardon, I did this for syspatch (got recommended in the Noob thread) and moved both folders into the Root, which replaced it.
However, I do not see anything in the HB menu for syspatch.

the git page isn't helpful, mentioning installing 'devkitpro' i just installed, and am entirely lost, since that guide is also pretty bad. (I have win11, so I search for what it asks, and nothing seems to work on commands.)
I am at a loss on what to do next, as it did not just 'instantly' work as implied

Am I doing something wrong?

Read the OP.

SYS-Patch IS NOT AN APPLICATION, Sys-Patch is a sysmodule, a program which runs at start on the background, you WILL SEE NOTHING. if you want to know how was the last run, you can read the log file, or use the overlay to see it on graphic format.

OP Doesnt Help, thats why I'm asking.

Remember Im from the noob thread.
I see No Log files on the SD card, and cannot access the overlay. Hence why I am asking, I am unsure where I am having the issue, especially with devkitpro if thats required, as I cannot get to what its asking me, after installing.

the log file is

alright I see the file now
however on the pre-req on the git, it mentions using that copypasted code for devkitpro right

So i went over to DKP's getting started guide, installed it for windows, and thats where im now stuck, when searching MSYS2,
When I try using any codes from the guide or the one from the github, It just fails even asking me for a user/pass?, so im sure what I am doing wrong.
