ROM Hack sys module that can make the switch record more than 30 secs

So i was thinking if u someone can make a sys mod with telsa overlay maybe to enable the switch for to record more than 30 secs but i heard it could break the cpu because of it memory so why not split the files automatically with a nro or overlay with it it would solve the problem im seeing if anyone can do this
