Homebrew Sys-con Inquiry

After installing sys-con, i can connect two of my xbox one controllers into the usb ports of the dock.
Both of the xbox one controller is working but my joy-cons stopped working, is this normal?
I was hoping to use they joy cons and two xbox one controllers to play with the whole fam.

go into your settings and "search for new controler" or whatever it is in english and then re-pair them. i am using sys-con with my joycons, pro-controller and one xbox controler just fine.
