OMG! I'm so Happy :wub:
Trying right now...

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Ok, well I tested it, and as Stecker8 said, here on my switch it freezes the whole menu. The system powers on, enters the Horizon OS, but hangs after whatever action I take, either entering the Homebrew Menu or accessing system settings. I'm using firmware 8.1.0 and Atmosphere 0.9.2. And I think I did all the correct plugin setup, :P

Rolling back to 1.0.1 :D

Ok so I have tested the 2.x.x built in ReiNX and with Qlaunch TitleID I didn't have any problems the song played perfectly until I entered in sleep mode. When it resumes when it comes from sleep it the sound starts to go wrong. All buttons worked perfectly.
Then I used Mario Tennis Aces TitleID and whenever I try to open any app switch freezes and the only thing i can is turn of the console.
Thanks for the report

Ah this cause it force trying to load your music by file name and , must configure the ini for it to work ... other it check for file defined in ini and horizon will hang if no file found or loaded into the buffer

[New] Keys
Next Song Key: ( - ) + ( R )
Previous Song Key: ( - ) + ( L )

[add songs] only 3 atm , create ini file on your SD card "config/sys-audioplayer/sys-audioplayer.ini"
add songs as follow!

[0100000000001000]
song0 = music/Artist1 - Song1.mp3
song1 = music/Artist1 - Song2.mp3
song2 = music/Artist1 - Song3.mp3
I got this from Github

Future ini Format :
[Settings]
TitleID_Home = 0100000000001000
TitleID_Custom1 = 0100000000001FFF

[0100000000001000]
song0 = music/Artist1 - Song1.mp3
song1 = music/Artist1 - Song2.mp3
song2 = music/Artist1 - Song3.mp3

[0100000000001FFF]
song0 = music/Artist2 - Song1.mp3
song1 = music/Artist2 - Song2.mp3
song2 = music/Artist2 - Song3.mp3

Does this mean that I have to configure every games (titleID) that I want to access (for the moment)? Will test a bit.

Just tested, applied two titleIDs, home and 1 game DQB2.

In home menu and the game,
- It starts off well, until accidental sleep mode happens, it become kind of lagging in sound. Toggling the playback will put it back to normal.
- Next/previous song keys starts fine.
- Freezes as soon as the current song ends normally. Needs booting.

Let me know if it needs more testing, I'm happy to oblige. Hope the project goes well.

For the time being, can someone please backport the song skip function to 1.0.1 please? I don't need to have seperate music in games. I just want to start, stop and skip songs. Right now, the song skip is missing only for me. Pretty please someone?

currently reworking things in the module as the ver 2.0.0 didnt go as expected and i had to reimplament the way things works

as of now i had added Play by TitleID feature

Code:
Play by TitleID in Sys-AudioPlayer

activated by empty file
/config/sys-audioplayer/flags/titleid.flag

than put your songs in
/config/sys-audioplayer/titles/<titleid>

and it will play only by title.

if no flag file, it will play songs from /music

not released yet . ill push it tomorrow after some tweaking and maybe more :P

+1 for me.

Would be awesome if we could have proper skip function and also normal repeat (playlist).
