Hacking ROM Hack Symphony - MHGU Orchestral Upgrade

Hello everyone,

I’m excited to share my latest overhaul mod for Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate: "Symphony - MHGU Orchestral Upgrade". This mod upgrades the title theme and all village themes with orchestral versions from the respective Hunting Music Festivals, created using my latest custom STQR and Opus tools.

Changes Included:

• Bherna Village: Replaced with the 2016 Village Medley from Monster Hunter Orchestra -Hunting Music Festival 2016- (モンスターハンターオーケストラ 猟音楽祭 2016).
• Kokoto Village: Replaced with the 2016 Village Medley from Monster Hunter Orchestra -Hunting Music Festival 2016- (モンスターハンターオーケストラ 猟音楽祭 2016).
• Pokke Village: Replaced with the 2014 10th Anniversary Orchestra version from Monster Hunter 10th Anniversary Orchestra / モンスターハンター狩猟音楽祭 2014.
• Yukumo Village: Replaced with the 2014 10th Anniversary Orchestra version from Monster Hunter 10th Anniversary Orchestra / モンスターハンター狩猟音楽祭 2014.
• Soaratorium: Replaced with "Courage to Challenge the Unexplored" from Monster Hunter Hunting Music Collection XX, Disk 1, Track 14 (MONSTER HUNTER GENERATIONS ULTIMATE).
• Title Theme: Replaced with the full and complete orchestral version of "Proof of a Hero" ("英雄の証") from Monster Hunter XX (モンスターハンターXX).

How to Install:

File Download Here (GDrive)

• Download the ZIP file.
• Extract the contents of the ZIP file.
• Inside the .zip file, you will find the nativeNX files for the orchestra upgrade.
  • Ryujinx: Right-click the game, select "Mod Directory," and drag and drop the files.
  • Modded NS: Access the SD card, navigate to Atmosphere, then contents, 0100770008dd8000, and drop the files there.

Note: Ensure you back up your files before modding them to easily revert to the default music if needed. This mod is specifically designed for the 1.4 version of Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate and may not work with other versions of the game.

how do you create the .opus file??, I've been trying to create one myself since last week, I've searched the internet, I've asked Chat GPT and I've downloaded a few things, but I wasn't able to convert a .wav file to an .opus file. If it's not a nuisance for you, could you tell me how you did it?? Thank you in advance

I use OPUS file as my codec of choice when playing music to my phone. I created mine using foobar2000.
