I get that you're anxious and looking to blow off some steam but as much as I want to receive my SX Pro I realize the Switch doesn't even have games yet.

To me the only 3 I care to pirate right now are Kirby, Rabbids and Xeno 2 and I'm not even sure I'll like them.

Deliverytimes don't matter for the OS-only solution.

They've already said that TX OS will not be available for download until the reviewers receive their TX Pro's, so no, it probably won't be.

I wonder if they have built in any negative consiqences for hacked versions of the OS or cracked licenses. I've got a feeling i'll end up using a pireted copy until my legit one ends up arriving mid July.

I would be very cautious to pirate their OS. They might just brick your switch for good.

They've already said that TX OS will not be available for download until the reviewers receive their TX Pro's, so no, it probably won't be.

Their official statement was:

Q: Will the SX OS for people who bought it 'stand alone' be delivered before the SX OS for people who bought SX Pro?
A: Not necessarily. SX Pro will be shipped in the days to come to distributors. SX OS will be unlocked a bit after the reviewers get their units (all reviewers receive SX Pro).
So depending on the speed of delivery to your distributor and then to you, SX Pro could come before SX OS stand alone. It probably will be very close.

The reviewers get the Pro's a few days ealier. Therefore is an unlock on June 15 not unlikely.

They talked about 15th june release, that's marketing, it means shops will have them as of that day. From there it's just shipping time.

Thanks for posting this again because after reading it over again it confirms what I stated earlier which is "SX Pro will come before SX OS stand alone."
Like I said they're not going to make the people who paid extra money for SX Pro wait longer than the ones who bought the OS alone.

Yeah, that really looks like a confirmation

The question is basically will the OS stand alone be available first?. "not necessarily", SX Pro " could come before." "probably will be close" well the key point here is that the OS just needs to be "unlocked" or made available for download on their website. There's nothing stopping them from doing this other than them choosing to wait for the pro kits to get to the resellers first.

Btw, Atmosphere is going to be available June 15th as stated. You said it was going to be somewhere around December, what a bunch of bullshit.
