Hacking Sx pro activating license

if I activate license through switch will that flag me for a ban or is it more advisable to go the long route and do it through my pc ..

Long route? It only takes like 5min. I would advise doing everything you can to stay offline with a hacked switch until more is known.

We have no idea what flags people. If you can't get your switch banned, then do not using SX Pro or any CFW on it. Period.

Otherwise, everything is speculation except for Online Cheating, Online Hacking and sending bad requests to the CDN.

I personally am going the way we did with the 3DS, inject valid certs in my cart images and not worry about being online. I do not plan on playing any games online unless I own then though. But I have no problem updating the game backups.

I might get banned when the ban waves start, but in the past Nintendo was the most concerned with people ruining the online experience for others.

I think you are right this early very early with the switch it is likely many get banned until much more is known. As long as they allow updates on OS and Games that is not a horriible loss. You can always get a 2nd switch for online games.

And I think you hit a big nail on the head about online experience. I mean it seem like the "hacking" to get porn in mario bubbles went wild on game news sites. Any actions like this will have bad consequences for all modders sadly.
