This is already possible with AutoRCM. You may be referring to coldboot and that is not possible above 3.0.0 at this time, and no methods are known to exist for systems higher than 1.0.

AutoCRM can break battery, as I know. I hope there will be some coldboot method in future. Do you know how Atmosphere will be launching on NS?

This is probably not a very good idea. Repeatedly removing the microSD card takes extra wear on the reader as well as the card. Currently, you can use memloader with ums_sd.ini to basically use your Switch as a USB microSD card reader for your PC. This will save wear and tear on your reader and microSD card, it would be great if Team Xecuter added this functionality to SX OS.

AutoCRM can break battery, as I know. I hope there will be some coldboot method in future. Do you know how Atmosphere will be launching on NS?

The battery breaking was a myth, and can only become bothersome if the battery is completley depleted. If it is, then the unit simply needs to sit on the charger for a few hours after being powered off completely (holding power button for 5-10 seconds).

Atmosphere will be launching with the same method (RCM/Fusee Gelee)

Battery desync is a linux issue from what i've read.

Correct, but in regard to AutoRCM there are no issues. The only "issue" being if the battery is depleted, when it is plugged into a power source it will automatically turn on into AutoRCM mode which results in a black screen and the illusion it's not being charged. The fix to this is ensuring the unit is powered off as I mentioned.
