Hacking Switching to another 3ds

So I've got a 3ds with luma and want to switch to a new 3ds. I will get luma on to the new one, I read that a sys transfer will remove non legit cias.

Is there a way I can keep the cia's installed/just put the sd into the new 3ds and not have to re dl/install everything?

well darn. That was the general info I had found searching, but had hope maayybee.
I read the saves get transferred over w/ sys trans and its not really needed to back up

I'd do it anyway just to be safe.
