Hardware Switch won't charge

So I left my Switch alone for about one month running in CFW (SX OS). I assume that somewhere during this time the battery run out and so the console shutdown. Now I pluged the nintendo charged into it to charge the battery but nothing happens, no icon, no boot, nothing, its as if its dead... what could be wrong and how do I fix it?

ps. the console does not have autoRCM or is on RCM mode, I plugged it to the PC to check and still nothing happened.

OK can close the thread I fixed it with a trick I read that stated: hold the power button down for 30 seconds, letting go and then pressing the button again for another few seconds until the system powered up. and it worked! (did it without joycons connected)

edit: I just notice that the clock and date are wrong now :S
