dude, I explained in my last comment what was what, as I said. Compare the githubs and that will prove that it isn't just a clone, also do you have a 3ds running luma? that's a shitty ReiNand port
SAY NO MORE YOU SCRIPT KIDDIE! Atmosphere is og here .I won't repeat.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Followed all instructions to downgrade to 5.1 manually. Got to the end to load FSXXX.kip(in my case 5.1). switch hangs and bricks on nintendo switch logo. If i try to boot atmosphere I get
Fatal error: [NXBOOT]: Couldn;t parse boot0: not enough space! Press power to reboot. When I try and push the reinx bin I get a real quick flash of a black screen, boot splash, then switch kicks back into rcm mode.
weird

I ended up in this situration before with a borked update, I had to use the manual downgrade to get everything back in order and then used choinx to update to 7.0.1. https://guide.sdsetup.com/usingcfw/manualchoiupgrade

My situation was different, I was testing stuff from 1.0.0 and updating in order all the way to 7.0.1, things went sideways and couldn't boot anything.

In your case this will be a manual upgrade to 6.0.0

Ok I will try to manual upgrade to 6.0. post results shortly

no good, did the manual upgrade to 6.0. Switch did not boot with the fs_XXX.kp, atmosphere, reinx, or stock.

I am just going to restore my 5.1 nand and say screw it, I give up. Thanks to those who tried to help.

Wrong again. The only thing reinx uses of atmo aside from sept for 7.x booting which was agreed upon by scires and rei, is it uses a version of the sysmodules.

You can goto the reinx and atmosphere githubs and compare it yourself.
ReiNX in it's current form is a custom bootloader that's partially based on hekate + modified versions of AMS sysmodules + AMS trustzone, and lp0fw + FS NCA sigpatches, and piracy patches + sept on 7+

Absolutely nothing is wrong with this, as they have made their source code available and have credited the devs of stuff they've used :) (unlike gateway)
