Hi, can you help me? I'm at my wit's end. No sig-attachments have worked. Stock firmware won't start, CFW won't start, and hard reset won't work.

Wygląda na to, że masz problem sprzętowy w przypadku kodu 2162-0002, jeśli nie możesz uruchomić OFW.
stało się to, gdy przeszedłem na wersję 19.0.1

2162-0002 looks like you got a hardware issue if you can't get OFW to boot.
it happened when I downgraded to 19.0.1

Try this, copy the "Fusee.bin" from here, https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/releases/tag/1.8.0-prerelease into your Hekate/ Payloads folder on your SD card.. Then on the Hekate main menu, select Payloads and select Fusee.bin.
Also use the Atmosphere files from that link on FW 19, not the newest Atmosphere.
Sounds like you may just have a fuse count mismatch from downgrading, which is why OFW won't boot.

Well do you know what is your fuse count?
19 but it was in the package, it says that one is missing and the switch cannot start

Look in Hekate/ Tools and see if your AutoRCM is turned ON, if so, that is how it's supposed to work. So you can use the RCM payload launcher, without needing to use a jig on the right rail on each boot.

Here’s a quick breakdown based on common use:
  • Unset archive bit – This removes the archive bit from all folders except the Nintendo and emuMMC folders. It’s usually only needed if you’re having issues with homebrew or file transfers. If everything is working fine, there’s no real need to use it.
  • Fix archive bit – Nintendo – This one is more important. It’s commonly used when the Switch shows corrupted data messages or when games/apps won’t launch properly. It’s generally safe to run if you’re experiencing those issues, especially on emuMMC.
  • AutoRCM (OFF) – It’s good that this is turned off. AutoRCM can be useful in specific setups, but if you don’t know exactly why you need it, it’s better to leave it disabled. As the warning says, it can mess with the BCT and make the console unable to boot without a custom bootloader.
