Don't mean to Necro, but thought i'd share this, if you do not have a booklet but have a bunch of donor boards around, these resistors are the same as the resistor on the CMD point,
MB is a HAC-CPU-21
cmd 4.7k hac-cpu-21.jpg

Meanwhile I received another OLED and while I was doing the mod I measured the resistor.
Found a similar value on an old 3DS board and harvested it :P

Thx for the information, though!

Cheers!
your resistor is 3.5k or 4.7k ? i lost one but i dont know which one :(

i saw you said it is 3.5kohm but in the post they said it is 4.7Kohm :( which one is correct :(

The CMD is 4.7k for sure! :)
Cheers!

hey guys, i was doing the mod but i got some troubles with the capacitors ..
flipping the motherboard 2 capacitors fell off, one was found but the other one is lost
can you tell me the value of this ? (the red one)
also if you have some suggestions on how i should solder it to the motherboard it would be perfect
THX for the support

i think i found out the capacity of this one should be 0.1nF or 100pF

You sure it is 3.5k? People here are saying 4.5k and I just soldered a 3.5k resistor because of your comment.
I can't remember this...you quoted my post from 2 years ago, lol. But yes, whatever resistor I soldered on worked just fine. Hope you didn't break something else...
Might as well buy the 4.5k and try that too...

I updated my post from 2 years ago adding this:
These people seem certain it's 4.7Kohm.

Hello!
I have a Switch OLED someone else tried to perform a modchip install and knocked off the CMD resistor in the process.

He didn't try to turn the board on when he noticed he removed the res.
Does anyone happen to know the resistor value?

Thanks!

Resistor 10k I repaired an OLED with a damaged resistor, it gave a raspberry screen, bootloader error with error codes.
It turned out to be a resistor and it's a big problem.
CMD resistors can be damaged during soldering, flex lose their value when touched with a tip, where the new ones I replaced don't have such problems.
I can write that selectively the resistors are so weak that they are easy to damage.

Whats the resistor you used on the 3ds? I have a bunch of donor boards and I'm in a pinch trying to get a replacement 😭
