Switch OLED Error 2002-2629

I have this oled with picofly installed and permanent dat via kamikaze perfectly working except when I insert a cartridge and it returns error 2002-2629 as in the photo both in stock and in emummc. What can I watch?

Here they mention that one of the datalines between the CPU and the cart reader ASIC was damaged :

If the cartreader never worked, then that might be the case for your Switch as well.

OLED has returned. Actually at each insertion of cartridge I have error and crash. For the rest it is fully functional. I tried to replace the cartridge reader but nothing, the problem remains, so:
problem on motherboard
hardware problem
What can I check?

have you enabled NoGC? on your CFW

the settings I use are the same for all switches, since it is a personal package created by me, so any software problem can be ruled out, as far as I'm concerned.
also I don't want to use any cfw, if it doesn't work in stock it seems useless to talk about cfw
