Hacking Switch not working after updating to 6.2

So my switch has stopped working in a really strange way after updating to 6.2 with choidujorNX.

I boot it up with a payload and the Reinx splash comes up as usual but after that it just goes blank for a few mins. Then the switch logo appears for a while before flashing the lock screen for a second and then going blank again. After a few more minutes the error message when your switch crashes pops up so I have to shut it down.

I have no idea how to even begin trying fix this. Would restoring my NAND help or is there another solution?

Yeah I updated to 2.0 which supports it. I even booted it up after doing so (before updating with choidujor) to check if it was working.

Oh god I'm dumb, I thought my card was fat32 but it's exfat. In choidujor there was an option for 6.2 or 6.2 exfat and I chose the former. Is there a way to switch to the exfat version or am I fucked?

reinstall the update but choose exfat.

How would I go about that if I can't get onto choidujour?

If I formated another sd card and put reinx and choidujor on it I could install it that way?

copy everything from sd, format sd to fat32, copy everything back. Or use different SD.
