Switch not turning on

So after a failed Picofly install, I decided to remove the flex cables, resulting in the switch not turning on. A couple caps from the APU disappeared in the process of removing the cable and habe orders some.
While I wait for the caps to be delivered, any tips of where or how to start? Maybe how to find shorts, in case the caps are not the main problem?

Might be nothing, but I'd look at this trace and check it isn't cut:

Could also be a short in (or around) the kamikaze spot. Other than that, I don't really see anything.
