Hardware Switch not detecting Wifi, what to do?

Hi, so my friend contacted me a week ago, asking for help because his switch randomly stopped finding wifi. I told him to bring it and i would check it out. I noticed that when i detach the joycons, it also does not detect them. Could it be a faulty Wifi/Bluetooth board? If it is, is it replaceable?

I know sometimes my Switch stop detecting my hotspot and I have to change the name of it so the Switch detects it again. I have no idea why it does this but your friend may have this issue.
