Switch not charging & not power on

Hello, first post here and first time fixing a Switch. I recently got a Switch that won't turn on and doesn't seem to charge. I looked for short circuits and I found a lot around both of the MAX77621 so I removed them from the board, but the shorts are still there. I kept looking for more shorts and there were a lot. I rounded all the faulty capacitors i found so far. Do you know what could be happening?

I painted in blue the ones that I don't have a clue about what's happening and green for the MAX77621 ones.

both max77621 ICs are DC buck to SOC, so low resistance(or you thought was short) is normal. but the cap on pin1 BQ shouldn't have short. I would check there first
For reference: my resistance measurement on working v1 motherboard of both max77621 ic cap/coil
LEFT max77621: around 42 ohm
bottom max77621 around 98 ohm
