Hacking Switch not booting after latest atmosphere update

YESSSSSS it did
reason to update was because games wouldnt run and keep getting a message to update in order for the game to be regnized
now i can back up my new games

i got another problem when i boot to atmosphere and as soon as i put a game in i get. and yes it downgraded to 10.2.0|AMS 1.5.4|E from 16.0.3|AMS 1.5.4|E
errorcode 2002-2634 (0x149402)
program 010000000000001F
firmware 10.2.0 (atmos 1.5.4-master-3cb54e2b4)

when i try to go to hb menue(album) i get the following error
errorcode 2144-0001 (0x290)

when i boot to sx tells me it cant read game gards

You downgraded firmware after updating? Your fuses were burned and now you’re unable to use game card on lower firmware.
Second issue try deleting program # in atmosphere/contents/01xx1f

yea by accident nothing on purpose, didnt use anything was just messing with files, ik my error was i didnt do a back up before i started messing with files
