I have a switch that refuses to work, I change the m92t and pi3usb and nothing helps, I have continuity and voltage concerns where indicated on the images.

it is short circuit 0 voltage

Second picture is too blurry to see any details, but lookingat that USB-C port... What is that black stuff? Is that corrosion?
